Installation

Are there any additional costs after installation?

There are no additional costs relating to our installation once your system has been installed. The system is left fully operational for as long as you have installed. If you have chosen to take out a Maintenance or Monitoring Package, there will be monthly payments due for the duration of your contract. There may also be charges for the ongoing use of system apps.

If I buy the equipment can you install it?

We are happy to install equipment that you have purchased from somewhere else. We will be unable to provide any warranty on the equipment not supplied by us.

Do you install outside of London?

We cover the Greater London area and Home Counties. We are also able to carry out services outside of these catchment areas for Commercial clients. Please contact us to discuss further.

Monitoring

Can my alarm be monitored with the police response?

If your alarm has been installed by Big Brother All Security Ltd, our alarm systems are all able to be connected to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). If your alarm has not been installed by us, we may need to add a communicator so that your system can be professionally monitored. On occasions, your alarm system may need to be replaced if it does not have the capability of setting up monitoring.

Servicing

If my batteries are low on my Intruder Alarm System can I change them myself?

As we install Graded Intruder Alarm Systems, it is not possible to change the batteries in your system on your own as you will require engineer access and knowledge.

Are you NSI approved?

Yes, we are accredited to NSI Gold level (NACOSS)

Are your site surveys free?

As long as you are situated in one of the areas that we cover, our Site Surveys are free. We will provide you with a full report and if necessary a Risk Assessment.

Finance

Do you offer finance plans?

We are able to offer finance plans on an individual basis. Please contact our admin team to discuss this further. We also offer Leasing Options for Commercial Clients.
