Our engineers are fully trained and accredited to NSI and Safecontractor providing peace of mind that you will receive the most professional service possible.

Planned maintenance visits are a good way of uncovering small problems and avoiding costly repairs. Big Brother All Security Ltd can provide impartial advice on maintaining your system, creating flexible service agreements tailored to your precise requirements and budget. Maintenance contracts with a 24-hour emergency call-out service can also be provided.

During a maintenance visit, the security system is tested to ensure that it is functioning correctly. Any developing fault found would be rectified accordingly. Our emergency service department is available 24 hours a day with attendance within 4 hours if required.

It may be a requirement of your insurance policy that your system is covered by a routine maintenance contract, for which you may be eligible for a discount on your contents insurance cover. Depending on your requirements, we offer maintenance services for both new and existing systems. With four main service level packages, you can choose which best suits your needs.
