Gun Safes - Luxurious Safety
Protect your most precious items, whether they be watches or jewellery, or your hunting rifles and shotguns. Fort Knox safes can be considered as a piece of furniture not out of place in your lounge or study and represent a unique combination of art and engineering.
Each Safe is lined with a proprietary blend of hydrogen bond fireboard that gives every Fort Knox Gun Safe the industry’s leading Fire Protection.
Fort Knox’s Inferno shield 90 is tested to keep the inside of the safe under 350 degrees. C-rated fireboard insulation is used on all six sides and behind the hinges to eliminate hot spots.
Heat sensitive expanding fire seal expands to seal around the entire door on all Fort Knox safes.
In addition to the high-grade fireboard and deep bend box, a dead air space is manufactured into the safe which acts as a thermal barrier, much like a thermal pane window, to give added protection.
This design provides fire protection at 180 degrees in 90 minutes.
Our safes are equipped with a locking mechanism which controls the retraction and extension of the blocking device.
Once the correct code has been initiated the 5-star locking wheel is turned to release the bolts. When the locking wheel is turned to the closed position the Titan electronic lock is activated to the closed lock position.
